Voice of the Volunteer

At WVU CPRC, our main concern is our volunteers and their safety during the study. We are also concerned with the satisfaction of the volunteers before, during, and after the study activities. By using surveys that are issued after you complete the recruitment process, screening and the study itself, we collect beneficial feedback that helps us to better suit the needs of our volunteers. We take this feedback very seriously and try to improve our processes and make our best attempt to resolve any issues that may arise.

95% of study volunteers would participate again-and here are some of the reasons why

“Awesome job by everyone in the study unit”

“Just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge the staff. Your commitment to volunteer comfort does not go unnoticed. Your efforts are changing lives and CPRC is a model clinic facility….thanks for the breathtaking views, mountain air and last but not least introducing me to WVU Football.”

“To the staff at WVU thanks for taking the extra time during screening and treating us like people, not just a number.”

“I am ready to do many more studies”

“Staff is very supportive”

"This study was the best one of all. Great job!"
