Voice of the Volunteer
At WVU CPRC, our main concern is our volunteers and their safety during the study. We are also concerned with the satisfaction of the volunteers before, during, and after the study activities. By using surveys that are issued after you complete the recruitment process, screening and the study itself, we collect beneficial feedback that helps us to better suit the needs of our volunteers. We take this feedback very seriously and try to improve our processes and make our best attempt to resolve any issues that may arise.
95% of study volunteers would participate again-and here are some of the reasons why
