Dashboard data

To continuously provide the highest standard and quality of work we use our dashboard data in which we measure and analyze our KPI's (key performance indicators) in each of our major functions in the study process.  Our dashboard is a real-time user interface that shows our current status in each function versus historical trends to aid us in making adjustments and corrections to avoid errors. 

The next few pages reflect some of our KPI's in our regulatory (IRB submissions), recruitment, and volunteer satisfaction initiatives.
